We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs, including through contractual arrangements with these providers.

7. Cross-Border Disclosure (APP 8)
Some of the third-party tools we use store and process personal information on servers located outside Australia, primarily in the United States. Under APP 8 of the Privacy Act, before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient does not breach the APPs in relation to that information.
Where we cannot ensure equivalent protection, we will seek your consent before disclosing your information overseas, or we will rely on another applicable exception under the Privacy Act.
8. Automated Decision-Making and AI Tools
We use AI tools (including Anthropic's Claude) to assist with business strategy, content development, and operational tasks. Where these tools process personal information, we take steps to minimise the data shared and ensure it is handled in accordance with this policy.
We do not currently use automated decision-making processes that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, to collect Technical Data and Usage Data. This helps us understand how visitors use our website and improve our services.
