    All materials, systems, and processes provided by Linkai Digital remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the specific content, ads, and assets created explicitly for their campaigns, excluding our proprietary software, templates, and automation workflows.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Linkai Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

    7. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
